Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your ANIMAL FIGHTWEAR™ gear. To initiate a return, contact us at info@animalfw.com. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.  

If something’s not right, we accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear, and equipment as long as the item is:
- In its original packaging
- Clean and unwashed
- Unworn and free of any damage

We can’t accept returns on:
- Worn or used gear
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promo items
- Compression gear which includes rash guards. Because of hygiene reasons, compression items are final sale — no returns or exchanges

If your return shows signs of wear, odors, pet hair, or anything that makes it not resellable, we won’t be able to accept it.

You have 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Just make sure everything’s in brand-new condition, with tags and packaging.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of us getting your return. Your bank may take 5–7 business days to show the refund on your card.

If you're in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, shipping may take up to two extra weeks.
