Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Preorder items will have ship dates clearly stated. Shipping delays may occur during high-volume drops or holidays.

4. Shipping

We offer domestic and select international shipping. You’ll receive tracking once your order is fulfilled. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays due to your country’s import laws.

5. Damages or Defects

Inspect your items upon delivery. If there’s an issue (defective product, wrong item), contact us within 7 days with photos and order number. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
